Hardcore Field Use Of Unigear First Aid Pouch On Bugout Bag

Unigear sent me their tactical EMT medical first aid pouch with MOLLE straps and surgical shears. I wanted to use this as my field kitchen pouch though.

This pouch is perfect for the job I wanted it for. It was originally designed to be used as a medical first aid pouch and has many places to hold your first aid kit.

There are straps inside to hold everything in place while attached to your backpack or bug out bag. I put my folding silverware set and some granola bars on one side. On the other side I put a tea strainer and a kitchen towel.

I also have room for my folding plate and cup plus my Emberlit titanium folding camp stove.

All this fits neatly in the 8 x 6 x 3 inch EMT pouch.

The PALS straps hold fast and good. I put it on the back of my bug out bag and it stays in place. This is very important so that you do not lose your gear on the go.

I have had cheaper PALS straps come off on me while hiking and was fortunate enough to catch it before I lost it forever.

This is the perfect size for attaching to the back of your backpack or BOB. And it has enough room to hold many items securely inside.

The MOLLE loops all over the outside allow you to attach even more gear to the the pouch.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good sized MOLLE pouch to carry some more gear on their pack.
